The office
Sable.
A private request office. You describe an outcome; we establish whether a route to it exists, and say so plainly when it does not.
What this is
Sable is not a marketplace, a membership or a subscription. There is no catalogue to browse, and nothing is offered before it is asked for.
Every request is taken as a single private mandate, priced whole, and closed by the person who opened it. The desk works in four registers — access, objects, movement and experience — and the method applied to all four matters more than the boundaries between them.
Who it is for
People who have stopped asking whether a thing is available and started asking who can get it.
Principals, family offices, and the people who act for them. Sable is introduced rather than found. That is not affectation — a desk taking public enquiries is a desk that cannot hold the relationships this one depends on.
Why so little is written here
The usual page in this position carries founders, a date, a photograph of a team. This one does not, and the reason is not mystery for its own sake.
Discretion is not something applied to clients and suspended for ourselves. A desk that publishes its network publishes its clients by implication — the makers it deals with, the houses that take its call, the people who answer on a Sunday. Those relationships are the whole asset, and they last precisely because they are not discussed.
So the method is described exactly. The network is not described at all.
What we will tell you
Client money sits in a segregated account and is released on confirmed delivery, not on acceptance of a quote. Every mandate is held by one named principal from introduction to close, and you will know who that is before anything is agreed.
If that is not enough to proceed on, say so and ask. A question we will not answer is itself an answer worth having.
The one promise
We will tell you the truth about what can be done.
That is a smaller promise than anything is possible, and a considerably harder one to keep. It means a refusal when a route cannot be built honestly in the time available, and no charge for having tried. It is also the only promise worth making to someone who can already buy most things.
Nothing is held until you ask for it, and an introduction commits neither side to anything.
